We go deep into self-inquiry and self-reflection to begin the process of building the life-long practice of self-awareness, necessary for any thriving leader.

What We Will Explore
A Deliberate Analysis of What Has Been
We begin with radical self inquiry. For us to know where we are or where we’re going, we need to really know where we’ve been, the roles that we’ve played, and the beliefs and perspectives that guide both our conscious and unconscious ways of being. We take a courageous, radically honest dive into what has shaped us and what assumptions we have in place that may be inhibiting growth.
A Deliberate Review of What Is
Next, we will focus on self awareness and deeply understanding ourselves, as we exist today. More self-inquiry, more compassion, but this time, more curiosity and reflection on the now. What are our current values? What assumptions and beliefs drive our behaviors? We explore the seed that we are and the gardens we’re hoping to grow in by building awareness of the systems in which we exist and processes in which we operate.
A Deliberate Approach to What Is To Come
Finally, with a better grip on what was and what is, we will look ahead at what could be. The aspiring leader is ever-evolving through learnings, lived experiences, earned career capital, and the ability to imagine a future self. We explore the Ego and lay a dynamic path for our maturation as we deliberately work to be better, more conscious human beings.
